This Retreat Event Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the “Retreat Participant” and Gogo’s International LLC, hereinafter, the “Retreat Organizer,” on the date of the retreat program purchase.

General Provisions

Welcome to Gogo’s Retreat! This Agreement governs your participation in this transformative retreat event organized by the Retreat Organizer. Please carefully read and understand this Agreement.

By purchasing and attending Gogo’s Retreats, you agree that your participation in the retreat event and use of retreat materials are governed by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing and paying the required amount, you will have an all-inclusive experience at Gogo’s Retreats. However, please note that any future retreats or events by Gogo Bethke will require separate bookings and additional charges.

Acceptance

By confirming your retreat reservation, you allow Gogo’s International LLC to charge your card for the retreat fee and any applicable charges.

Content and Content Usage

Retreat Participants understand that the knowledge and experiences shared during this retreat are exclusive and confidential. The retreat content, including intellectual property, belongs solely and exclusively to the Retreat Organizer.

Gogo’s Retreats Deliverables

During Gogo’s Retreats, you will enjoy the following benefits:

– Entrepreneurial trainings

– One-on-One Coaching sessions with Gogo Bethke

– Access to materials, systems, tools, and processes of the Retreat Organizer

The retreat program consists of the following schedule:

• Day 1 – Thursday (February, 29th)
  • 6pm – 7pm: Check-in
  • 7pm – 8pm: Cocktails & Appetizers
  • 8pm – 9pm: Get to know each other
  • ​9pm – 10pm: Expectations Video Recording

• Day 2 – Friday (March, 1st)
  • 8am – 9am: Yoga/walk on the beach
  • ​9am – 10am: Breakfast
  • ​10am – 12pm: Training
  • 12pm – 2pm: Lunch
  • ​2pm – 4pm: Training
  • 4pm – 6pm: 1-on-1 coaching w/ Gogo

• Day 3 – Saturday (March, 2nd)
  • 8am – 9am: Yoga/walk on the beach
  • ​9am – 10am: Breakfast
  • ​10am – 12pm: Training 
  • 12pm – 2pm: Lunch
  • ​2pm – 4pm: Training 
  • 4pm – 6pm: 1-on-1 coaching w/ Gogo
  • ​6pm – 8pm: Dinner
  • Testimonials Video Recording

• Day 4 – Sunday (March, 3rd)
  • 8am – 9am: 1-on1 Coaching w/ Gogo
  • ​9am – 10am: Check-out and leave

Additionally, the times above for the retreat are approximate times only. The Retreat Organizer insists that the agenda is covered, therefore the schedule may vary.

Compensation for Retreat Deliverables

The Retreat Participant will make one payment of $4,000 USD (four thousand and five hundred United States Dollars).

Content Usage and Confidentiality

The Retreat Participant agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the Retreat Organizer and fellow retreat participants.

Refund Policy

Please note that all retreat fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on our website. Once the retreat participation has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you agree to our non-refundable policy. However, the Retreat Participant can cancel their participation at any time, and no future charges will be made to their card if applied.

User Conduct

We strive to create a positive retreat experience for all participants. Therefore, the Retreat Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate a Retreat Participant’s participation in the retreat event without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if the participant engages in disruptive behavior, fails to follow retreat guidelines, or impairs the participation of instructors or other participants.

Earnings Disclaimer

We believe in the value of hard work, adding value, and serving others. Our retreat is designed to empower you to achieve your goals. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or earnings. We provide strategies to support your progress, but your individual success depends on your actions and circumstances. Any financial numbers referenced are estimates or projections and should not be considered exact or a promise of potential earnings.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and expect the same from fellow Retreat Participants. You agree to respect the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights of the retreat, participants, and the Retreat Organizer. Confidential Information shared during the retreat must be kept confidential and only discussed with other Retreat Participants during retreat sessions. Materials and information provided by the Retreat Organizer are confidential and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We, our subsidiary and parent companies, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the retreat content, materials, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user.

If you are dissatisfied with the retreat, materials, or services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using them.

Privacy Policy Changes

While our Privacy Policy is subject to occasional changes, we encourage you to check our website frequently for updates. Your continued use of our site indicates your acceptance of any revised Privacy Policy.
